Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery if they are:
- Incorrect or incomplete
- Defective or damaged
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Order number
- Phone number or email address
- Photos or video showing the issue
Return Shipping
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. Depending on your location, you may be asked to:
- Drop off the package at a designated location, or

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your preferred payment method within 24 hours.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are shipped within our standard delivery timeframe of 5–10 business days. Exchange items must be of equal value to the original order.
